Hands and arms are the most expressive parts of the body. Therefore we need to spend an extra amount of time working on fine motorics. With the shown combination you learn different arm and hand positions you can later on freestyle with by changing the order or sporadically usage of any of the positions while focusing on other layers in your presentation.
The most important part of this rudiment is the notion of the double pop, which leads to more dexterity and some great fine motorics for a more detailed expression.
