The Master-Flex was invented by the Electric Boogaloos. It is regularly done in a combination of an eight count. While the shoulders constantly swing from side to side at a 180° angle, we are changing levels and adding leg and head movements. It is best to practice it back and forth for more variety.

The Old-Man by the Electric Boogaloos is a concept in which the shoulders and the hips are somehow isolated from one another. It is always either the shoulders that stop at a fixpoint or the hips that stop, while the rest spirals around.
