Stormdance_IDF_Neckpop exercise

In this video, I present a series of neck-focused popping exercises that I practise regularly when travelling, when time is limited, or when space does not allow full physical extension. The emphasis lies on exploring all fundamental executions of the basic pop through the cervical area, with particular attention to precision, control, and character development.
The neck structurally supports the head, and the face remains the most expressive region of the body. In close proximity to an audience, viewers instinctively attend to facial expression. If the head and face do not align with the intention articulated by the rest of the body, perceptual ambiguity arises. For that reason, cervical control and articulation require deliberate cultivation.
I received this advice directly from Bruno "Poppin Taco" Falcon in the 1990s while studying under him. His execution was so precise and controlled that the effect transcended ordinary human movement, creating an almost non-human visual impression through absolute structural clarity.
