The five Locking morphemes are:
-the Lock
-the Clap (give yourself five)
-the Wristroll
-the Scoop
-the Point (Uncle Sam)
Learning how they came into existence and knowing their meaning is mandatory for executing them well. Most Locking combinations that are taught all over the world contain some of these rudiments. Being able to break down those combos into their morphemes also enables you to come up with combinations of your own without losing the structure of the style.
The goal is to be able to improvise with these 5 principle morphemes and to come up with various ways.
