The Double-Lock has some very important characteristics. In the version Storm is showing in this tutorial the legs are moving into a squad position twice while the arms are locking. The elbows slap the chest cage twice, and before getting into the move one sort of falls into it. It all has to do with rhythm, balance, dynamics, and character. The best reference for the Doublelock would be Shabba-Do of the Original Lockers who usually used it in a very dynamic way, multiple times in one solo.
