By exploring the realms of the twist-o-flex Technique of the Electric Boogaloos I developed a strong leg pop effect while turning on one foot. By using the exercise I show in this video one can cultivate the notion of spinning on one leg, doing neck flexes, and popping the leg one stands on at the same time. By doing it faster dizzyness and therefore balancing is not the only challenge. Placing the pops of the legs and the neck at the right time becomes pretty complicated while keeping the coordination. Sadly the video captures the crisp pops not satisfyingly. This exercise is especially great for popping a leg while standing on it (mashed potatoe pops) and for different neck pops.
