The Karim-Getty-Up is a move that was designed to get up out of Downrock in an unconventional way. It works perfectly well when dancing on a slippery floor. It´s also a very good exercise to learn to break both ways. The exercised version that Storm shows here, encompasses a go-down, some downrock, and a come-up. In an enlarged version with a hop at the end, it can also serve very well for endurance purposes since the set becomes burpee-like.
