The Spezial-Pretzel is part of Storm´s personal vocabulary. This rudimentary form helps very well with weight shifting on the ground. Once done fast and at a solid level, the knees shouldn´t touch the ground anymore. It encompasses an intriguing direction change while executing the 8-like shape on the ground.
