The Octopus is a combination in which we use an 8 step pattern to form a circle, hence the name. During the learning process, we can condition ourselves for better execution of all our knee-rocks. In this video, I explain how to use my knees very gently, which then should become a habit for all dance styles and knee-work. Just make sure once your knees will be involved in touching the floor, to control the impact by touching the ground with your feet first.
