Every time we go Break we should do a warm-up. The older you get the more you´ll find out how important it is to get your body ready for the high physical demands of going down on the ground and throwing your limbs and body around. Make sure you feel your muscles and joints and make sure everything is in the place where it should be. Each tied muscle and each joint that aches a bit should get some extra attention. While you are warming up you also realize through introspection what body parts need some recovery time. If certain parts of your body are clearly stressed already and they were part of what you wanted to work on this day, change plan and work on something that will not include it. Listen to your body and you`ll grow old being able to still Break in your 50s and maybe 60s.
