The Neck-O-Flex was invented by the Electric-Boogaloos. Storm learned it from Skeeter Rabbitt in 1996. Even though the movement only consists of two counts, it only really gets its great illusionary effect when all principles are applied. These are:
-the Fix-Point, by fixing the head.
-the counter move, by moving slightly into the opposite direction before moving into the desired direction.
-Isolation, by splitting the head from the rest of the body and turning 180°.
