In this clip, Storm explains a movement combination he partly learned from Jazzy-J of the Electric Boogaloos. By combining it with a ground move and a Twist-o-Flex, it evolved into what he considers a "power move"—a move you should use in a performance when the audience seems bored or disengaged. It's called a power move because it grabs attention and is carefully crafted and refined. Power moves are usually too complex to improvise, so they must be practiced repeatedly until they can be executed from muscle memory.
