Conditioning for Breaking should be paid more attention to. We must develop strength, stamina, and flexibility before we are able to learn most of the heavier moves. By producing this series, I want Breakers to develop the habit to use dancing for their conditioning. Keeping the pace of the rhythm and learning how to deal with execution problems when your stamina is low is a typical notion in this art form.
