The Drop is the first "go-down" a Breaker should know. Learn how to do it with the right timing by jumping up slightly before you drop gives it the surprise moment and a great change in dynamics.
The Kickouts are necessary to get into the Breakers spirit. Make space by kick out to the rhythm. Make sure you kick fast and powerful.
By exercising it like me here in the video in a Tabata style you get used to the length of your average downrock solo of 4x8.

In this exercise, I show the Track2-Hook-Swing. By doing this tabata exercise we learn how to breathe, stay in a plench position, and get the timing of the move. Most particularly the hip twist causes trouble for most people. Make sure both feet stay on the ground while twisting. Have fun.
