Breaking Conditioning
Conditioning is very important for Breaking. It is the most physically demanding dance form on the planet and your moves should be consistently and steadily executed. That´s why Storm came up with exercises to prime you for different moves. All the exercises have very important ingredients of the art form inside them. By training them you are already dancing since they are done with the music. Doing so it helps you to feel much better when something is getting steady or not. Any lack of balance or stumble shows in a loss of timing or rhythm first. With these exercises you will advance much faster than with ordinary or conventional exercises since these drills here are all Breaking related.
