The Bicycle step is one of the oldest steps there are in Breaking. Done in back-position, we condition ourselves to hold most of the weight of our body on our hands. The feet are only sliding on the ground. The hip twisting in both directions gives the steps more flavor. By exercising it using a tabata method we work on stamina and power, while we concentrate on our technique.

In this exercise, I show the Track2-Hook-Swing. By doing this tabata exercise we learn how to breathe, stay in a plench position, and get the timing of the move. Most particularly the hip twist causes trouble for most people. Make sure both feet stay on the ground while twisting. Have fun.
