In order to do headspins one must learn how to stand on the head first. By doing this exercise we strengthen our core and learn how to keep the balance on our heads at the same time. If you cannot do it as I show in the video, try more simple levels first:
1. Very easy: place your hands on the ground stand straight in headstand and just bring your knees down by bending your legs.
2. Easy: Place your hands on the ground, stand straight and bring your straightened legs down half way.
3. Mediocre: Place your hands on the ground, stand straight and bring your legs down straight, until you almost touch the floor with your toes.
4.Difficult: Straight your arms and touch the floor with the back of your hands, stand straight and bring your legs down straight, until you almost touch the floor with your toes.
