I learned the Sling-Swing from Float of Incredible Breakers. Similar to the Track2-Swing the accentuation is on a Hip-twist.
By doing this exercise we learn how to deal with the timing of the music while concentrating on the proper technique. Our hands stay on the ground in a plench position. Therefore it is good for training the core and learning how to breathe in the right way.
