the Monkey forth-Monkey back is very often used in Breaking. Just split it up! Monkey forth to go down into your footwork and Monkey back to get out of it.
With this exercise, any beginner will be exposed to the notion of dizziness. By spinning, our balance system is challenged. Doing this combo over and over we train ourselves to not lose our bearings. We condition our shoulders to get used to carrying our entire body from time to time and we work on our balance. Beginners should do this combo at every practice for about 4 minutes at the end of their session. Once they know well how to do it to the shown tempo in the video, double the tempo! Have fun...
